HMS Exchange Clerkship Grades & Evaluations
At the conclusion of your clerkship, HMS will automatically email a copy of your grade and evaluation to the email address you specified on your application as the recipient of the grade report. Grades and evaluations are generally submitted within six weeks after the end of the clerkship. Graduating students are advised to schedule accordingly.
Harvard Medical School only requires HMS faculty to complete the standard HMS evaluation form. Due to the volume of visiting students, HMS cannot stamp, sign or apply the HMS seal to paperwork for any other school or institution.
