Overview: This session will focus on the Areas of Excellence of Teaching and Educational Leadership and Clinical Expertise and Innovation as the areas most commonly used for Academy faculty. There will be twenty minutes allotted at the end of the session for 'Question and Answers' with Dean Bates.  
 

Objectives: Upon completion of this program, participants will be able to

  1. Understand the promotion process for educators in the Faculty of Medicine using the lens of Areas of Excellence;
  2. Understand how to highlight contributions and career achievements in the Harvard CV.
