Symposium 1: Racism, Medicine, and NEJM since 1812

The Office of Diversity, Inclusion, and Community Partnership (DICP) at Harvard Medical School and the New England Journal of Medicine (NEJM) present the first of three symposia, in conjunction with the ongoing NEJM series “Recognizing Historical Injustices in Medicine and the Journal.”

Featuring authors of the NEJM series: Merlin Chowkwanyun, Joseph Gone, Evelynn Hammonds, David S. Jones, Meghan Bannon Kerr, and Scott H. Podolsky. Also featuring Debra Malina and Winfred Williams of the NEJM, and Joan Reede, HMS.
