August/September 2023	First-year loan counseling session (mandatory for all first-time borrowers @ HMS) Master promissory note loan signing (students will be emailed instructions) Fall semester living expense refund processing Financial literacy sessions for all students
October 1, 2023	Deadline for submitting written petitions appealing 2023-24 financial aid decision
December 2023	Spring semester living expense refund processing Earliest month that the federal processor will accept 2024-25 FAFSA forms for processing
March 2024	2024-25 Financial Aid Application materials will be available Financial planning seminar (geared for graduating students, but all students are welcome) Evaluation and emailing of financial aid awards to incoming students begins on a rolling basis
April/May 2024	Loan exit counseling sessions for graduating students who borrowed loans while @ HMS
May 3, 2024	Deadline for the submission of financial aid applications for continuing students
June/July 2024	2024-25 Financial Aid award letter notification emailed to continuing students
